That is a coincidence, I was going to do an article on "global warming", I am glad I did not as I do not the statistical data that you developed! In comparison between the "genders" it appears that the males are way behind, majority of the males are still back in the "bloomer" era with the popularity of the "boxers". Just saw an article that due to global warming, the temperature in Australia is going to raise by 9 degrees over the next 65 years! If you are planning a vacation down under, you may want to get there before the "heat wave" hits. If our tempertature would raise by nine degrees, I might even take off my "long johns".
Can't believe that this posting did not get a higher "comment posting", I guess I am the only one that apprecaites the "artistic history" of things. Your posting even prompted me to research the history of the "panty", was going to do a posting on it but did not know where to begin - the first panty was the loin cloth - but only worn by men - women did not get panties for several centuries after the loin cloth. Surprisingly, the panty as we know it today is a relatively "new invention - less than a hundrd years old! So ladies, don't throw out those "old" panties, they may be collectors items someday.
Really disappointing, I mean like this posting is Pulitzer Prize material. If Al Gore can be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, the Pulitzer is in your grasp!
