    Yep, our finest men and women that guard our highways is selling out, I guess our volunteer fire department is also considering similar actions, however, their building is cheaper and they are having a "fire sale". This is a great opportuinity if you ever wanted to buy a jail or fire truck! If those career choices are not to your liking, I have a video store with about 25,000 videos and DVD's in stock that I will sell the entire business as a turn key operation or help relocate for less than $3.00 per copy unit along with all the shelving, computers, and associated equipment.

    As a side bar, the little pup's are doing great! We are having a great time, to date they have hauled about two metric tons of rocks off the beaches to bring home. We discussed it last night as to when they wanted to come home, they mentioned something about in time for Christmas so they do not miss out. It is great having three little maids and a butler. They fixed me up with a little silver bell, I never have to leave my recliner. Tinkle the little bell and they fetch my snacks and coffee. They are having fun and getting along very well. We will bring them home, someday!

    hey the way I hear it for a bout 10 million someone could own all of Anchor Point!!! Anyone want to buy a town??? This sounds similar to "johnson ville" a town in Oregon...the whole town sold to one guy for 15 Million...he tore it down and lives there in peace....

    Dad, I saw that one of the Tillions was runninga private firefighing operation in Homer...I thought that odd.
    I am glad my pups are well...i spoke to them today and they said you were causing problems. Christmas....hmmm you buy them thier school clothes and i will consider it?

    If you are relying on your good looks, I would suggest that you do your loan servcing through the internet. $10 mil is not really that bad, it includes a bar, hotyel, liquor store and two gorcery stores, two gas stations and as well you could get the contract to operate the adjoining two hundred areces of the Anchor River Recreational Area - sorry, Anchor Angler Tackle shop property not included but if the price was high enough, may re-consider!
