I am thinking...

...with as much snow we have had, and with the amount that will still be in liquid form come the end of May, some home remodeling will need to take place. I am thinking something along these lines.

I believe with a little adaptation we might be able to get her sea worthy.

  1. Good "thinking" and well worth consideration for adapting the housing units at the HITWRA, although I do not believe we willhave enough watr in the Kroc Pond to float them but at least we would be above the "run off" come spring - your house is the only one built on a piling foundation.

  2. The "Buffalo Clan" are not yet on line after making their move, so I need to use your site as a "proxy" to wish my daughter and your sister a very Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday Shana!!!!!

  4. (Monday) Would you pass the word onto your siblings that Bill Johnson passed away this past Wednesday. I just got the word from sister Pat. No firm plan at this time for the Memorial Service, it will be on March 3rd or 10th, dependent on when his brothers can come up from Oregon.

  5. That bums me out, poor Lizzy, I am sure we will all miss Bill . I hope Lizzy gets some time now, and if you hear from them let her know we are thinking about them.

  6. Got an email from Donnie this morning, he confirmed what Dee Dee was thinking in regards to coming up this spring. His daughter(Nikki) gets out of school 5/24 so it may not be until Memorial Day weekend before they can get here. Should be a great re-union for all of us as well as having more crazy people running about. I have Dee Dee convinced that we do not have electric power and in door plumbing, which we do not at the HITWRA.

  7. (Wednesday)I was playing with Google Earth, doing a little vacation trip. I did happen to zoom into your street and house, why was your truck parked so crooked in the driveway? I did not know you could park sideways in your driveway.

  8. Well, when its in the negative temperatures, I need to plug my truck in, John stole my extension cord so I have to park nose first, well that doesn't help in the morning when Taylor goes and gets in the car, because the passenger seat is parked on the ice berm, when I am nose first, so I parked side ways to get her in easier. It is not what my sister says...but did you know that Irish Wine is WAY stronger then what I am used to. YUM!!! Does Google show snow yet?

  11. The Astro (not Jetson's dog) will make a fine base for the raised wolf den - if it doesn't get impounded from the Buffalo field.
