    that is an old picture, it was taken 5/15/84 so that should give you a clue - I know but will not spoil the game since I am the first one to see it.

    This happens to be Joe Blowenshlong - arrested for looking at the queen cross-eyed. Punishment was to lick the feet of passing visitors' pigs and livestock as long as her majesty holds the throne.

    Okay I think it time for a hint (but john you got part right…he didn’t get arrested for looking at the queen…but he knows her) ……He performed "Take Me out to the Ballgame"... When he was supposed to say, "Buy me some peanuts and crackerjack, I don't care if I ever get back" he said "Take me, da de da da de do do do, I don't remember what I have to do."

    Starred in South Park Chef Aid and was the cause of Kenny's Death.

    He has his own TV show.

    Here's some more hints...He has wrestled in WWF…as a guest…his Heavy Metal band change the carrers of many other musicians. Most of his band’s opening acts have hit it big in the record business.
