We had some special guests show up at our Girls Scout meeting last night…who knew cooking chicken stir fry in the school art room would set off the fire alarm and that there is no way to call off the fire department?....and NO I was NOT cooking!

If you were not cooking, don't tell me that you invited "Homer" as a guest lecturer and he was cooking - he is the master when it comes to burning down things when he attempts to cook. Not a good thing to have happen in this era of heighented awareness of school terriorism. did you treat the firemen to a little stir fry?
ReplyDeleteNo eric was not responsible...and we tried to invite the firemen to dinner but they had just eaten...which was a good thing because they may have been grumpy if we had interupted thier dinner.

ReplyDeleteLots of excitment going on at our childrens schools lately...out here we have had a bunch of lockdowns...dont people know not to shoot there guns around a school. Im glad no one got hurt durring this event! maybe in the future you could arrange for one of them fireman to be there before the alarm goes off

ReplyDeleteNo, I was on vacation...at least in my own world. I can't believe it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t had anything to say...but my mommy always said "Don't say anything id you can't say something nice." ...and boy do I want to say something NOT nice!
