That is a great looking project, do you mind if I ask: What is it? First guess is that you were canning cucumbers, then I relaized it was still to early to harvest them from the garden. Second thought was that you went to the lake and netted some minnows. Then I realized the lakes were still frozen. The only thing I can come up with now is that you cleaned out the refrigerator and found some old jars of salad dressing with a growth of fungi. You can explain, I am sure to all who visit your site.
Here, In Anchorage, Produce is starting to appear again. I found Baby cucumbers at Costco, and strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, homey dews, papaya, pineapples, kiwi... they had it all!!
The Bull Buffie is the only one that I know who has to go to each site and make a comment that he has posted - I guess he thinks we forget to check his site - but I checked it just a few minutes after his posting but I still got my reminder! Pssst, Buffie - I also have a second site, you forgot to comment "I have posted"
In answer to a question that you asked me on my site; yes, I knew the Governor was pregnant. I found out about it several days before it was released to the news media, I found out while researchng information for the article on my other site and why she would not be selected as a Vice President running mate with Sen. McCain. But, to protect my sources I could not say anything at the time.
Long, I mean like eight days - my mama use to make them in 24 hours, did you use lye? Add a three tablespoons to each quart jar and in increase the pickling itme.
Wait a minute, maybe it was when my mama made soap that she used lye. I know it was not when she made butter, because I always got to drink the buttermilk.
