The use of Etheline to control ripening in shipping, forces the "fruit" to use it nutrients. They pick it green then force it to ripen in shipping. So the plant and soil is NOT providing the nutrients, it needs, its using the nutrients that is stored in the "fruit". Discounting the fact that you are receiving a better quality fruit / vegetable that is naturally matured and harvested green it would interesting to list the fruit / vegetable and weight. Then go to a "local" store and price the same product, if you can even find it.
